Shorter bio: Tuck Woodstock is a journalist and educator based in Brooklyn. Tuck hosts the award-winning podcast Gender Reveal, which has released 12 seasons and distributed upwards of $350,000 in grants and mutual aid. He is also a co-founder of Girl Dad Press and co-editor of the Lambda Literary Award-winning anthology 2 Trans 2 Furious. He has provided editorial guidance for clients from This American Life to Sony Pictures.

Tuck hosts the award-winning podcast Gender Reveal, which has released 12 seasons and distributed nearly $350,000 in grants and mutual aid. He’s appeared as a guest on Normal Gossip, You’re Wrong About, Death Sex & Money, The Takeaway, Behind the Bastards, It’s Been a Minute, and dozens of other shows.

Tuck is also a co-founder of Girl Dad Press and a co-editor of the Lambda Literary Award-winning 2 Trans 2 Furious: An Extremely Serious Journal of Transgender Street Racing Studies.

As a co-founder of Sylveon Consulting, Tuck has consulted on editorial projects for clients ranging from This American Life to Sony Pictures. Tuck has been featured as a gender educator by NPR and the Washington Post, as well as at universities such as NYU, Northwestern, Reed College, and the New School.

Tuck previously worked as an editor of the Portland visitors guide and a writer at Portland Monthly Magazine. While he’s best known for his reporting during Portland’s 2020 protests, he has written 500+ articles for various publications and edited hundreds more.

Tuck holds a B.F.A. in documentary film production from Chapman University. He currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with a cat named Rhubarb.
